President General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) on Thursday inaugurated a Teachers Quarters built by the Borno State Governor, Babangida Zulum, in Maiduguri.
The project which comprises 24 units of furnished two-bedroom flats is to ensure that teachers in the state get access to housing.
